At THREE., every tin is hand-poured in small batches and shipped with care.
Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (restocks, seasonal drops), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

U.S. Domestic Shipping

We use USPS and UPS for most orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking may take 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Handcrafted Products & Variations

Because our balms are hand-poured in small batches, slight variations in:

  • texture

  • color

  • fill height

  • or scent (from natural ingredients)

are completely normal and expected.

These differences do not affect product quality.

Shipping Address Errors

If your shipping address was entered incorrectly:

  • Contact us immediately at natural@only12three.com

  • If your package hasn’t shipped yet, we will update the address

  • If it has already shipped, THREE. is not responsible for replacement or refund
