Cancellation policy

At THREE., we make it easy to manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
There are no contracts, no hidden fees, and no penalties — just clean flexibility.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your THREE. customer account.

To cancel:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Select Manage Subscriptions

  3. Choose your active subscription

  4. Click Cancel Subscription

Your cancellation will take effect before your next billing date.

Already Processed Orders Cannot Be Canceled

If your subscription renewal has already:

  • been processed,

  • been charged, or

  • entered fulfillment/shipping,

it cannot be canceled or refunded, as your order is already on its way.

You will still be able to cancel your next month’s renewal.

Pause or Skip Instead of Canceling

Not ready for next month’s shipment?

You can:

  • Pause your subscription

  • Skip your upcoming order

  • Update your delivery date

  • Update your quantity (if you add more plans later)

Pausing or skipping ensures you don’t receive or get charged for that cycle.

Address & Payment Updates

Customers are responsible for keeping their:

  • shipping address, and

  • payment method

up to date.
Changes must be made before the next billing date.

Any packages shipped to an outdated address cannot be refunded.

Declined Payments

If a payment is declined:

  • Shopify will automatically retry the payment

  • You will receive an email notification

  • Your subscription may be paused until payment is updated

You can update your card in your customer account at any time.
